The MotorMaster controller is designed to control outdoor fan motor speed under low outdoor temperature conditions down to -20_F (-28.9_C). The KSALA0701AAA is compatible with 460-3 single stage air conditioners.

The following unit modifications may be required when using this control.

• Swap condenser fan motor to ball bearing version (select sizes only)
• Crankcase heater
• Hard start assist
• Winter start control (AC only)
• Evaporator freeze thermostat
• Wind baffles
• Isolation relay (HP only)
